TRISA Spirit

Sustained corporate development has enjoyed the highest priority at TRISA for decades. It is based on economic, social and ecological considerations that are constantly being optimized in a harmonious way.

As a rule it is true that top performance in companies can only be achieved by a well-motivated team. In the longer term people are prepared to perform only if they are being appreciated as humans and individuals who feel comfortable in the team.

Humaneness, sustainability and the acceptance of social responsibility have nothing to do with romantic illusions; they are a sober assessment of the role of the individual within companies.

In the information age, only the ethical, socially responsible and sustained way leads to long-term success. The contribution of each individual becomes increasingly important. The alternative is mediocrity.

We at TRISA are grateful that we can produce useful and sensible products that provide pleasure and well-being. We are proud of our participant management model. It has been in practice for 40 years and is more up-to-date than ever.

With our TRISA Spirit project we would like to enhance our philosophy and corporate culture. Participation in share capital and company success, as well as the sharing of responsibility within our board, is well proven and continues. The cooperative management style, with its resulting individual acceptance of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking, will be further expanded.

In the areas of social, physical and mental health, we want to explore new paths.



 

Having a holistic view of the world, we are interested in both material and non-material values. At TRISA we want to promote physical health through specific programmes. Equally important is mental and spiritual health. We are proceeding pragmatically. Based on internal polls, we allow suggestions and ideas to flow into our daily work for the benefit of all TRISA staff.

Personally, I am convinced that spirituality does not get the attention it deserves in our materialistic society. In the field of economics and at the work place, it is almost non-existent.

Dealing with people in the company holistically will become a major challenge in the years to come.

Healthy, content, motivated employees are the greatest asset of every successful company.

TRISA Spirit possesses large potential for our community! Let us continue to develop it and to implement it step by step.

Our Spirit project group, covering various departments enthusiastically started its job in January 2001. Certain actions were already put into effect during the first year. Overall, the feedback from our employees is positive.
