With regard to Business Excellence, the holistic way of thinking of the management is of paramount importance. A thorough deeply routed business philosophy has always been part of the TRISA culture. It is our objective to enhance this systematically towards Business Excellence on the basis of the EFQM model.
The TRISA Integrated Management System is the basis for a clear focus on customer requirements. Both, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction, are the highest objectives for TRISA. Interdepartmental lean processes created on web-based software are guaranteeing an optimal transparency. Tasks and competences are consequently derived from the processes and clearly integrated into the TRISA organisation. The direction and continuing improvement process, the establishment of critical success factors as well as the establishment of the key figures are being realised by an integrated indices module.
The TRISA Integrated Management System (IMS) fulfils the requirements of EN ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and the EN ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) as well as the Work Safety Management System of OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series).
